This policy covers the cocorio.fr website only. The Cocorio mobile app has its own separate privacy policy (see link at the bottom of this page).

Data collected
Contact form: name, email, reason for the request, message. Android email capture: email address only. No other personal data is collected on the site.
Purpose of the collection
To respond to messages sent through the contact form, and to notify by email people interested in the Android version once it launches.
Legal basis
Consent: this data is only collected if you voluntarily fill in one of these two forms.
Processor: Web3Forms
The site's forms are sent through Web3Forms, a third-party service that relays messages by email without a database or backend of its own for Cocorio. Web3Forms hosts its services on AWS and keeps submissions for a maximum of 30 days on its free plan, solely for technical delivery purposes.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. — 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free solution with no individual identifiers: no visitor profile is created, no personal data is collected for statistical purposes.
Retention period
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond, then deleted within 12 months at most. Emails collected for the Android waitlist are kept until the Android version launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
No resale or transfer
Your data is never sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, simply write to [email protected].
Mobile app
